The turtle starts to shake his head; that wasn't what he meant even if the response is something he'd expected. It's when something starts to seep in, to melt the almost doll-like exterior that relief floods Donatello's own expression. His shoulders sag as he watches Li come to, simply glad she hadn't shifted into something and gotten stuck.

Boxing them up internally as best he can, he nods as he looks back towards where they'd left the people they'd been escorting.
