The presentation was boring and entirely too long. Luke payed attention to only a fraction of it. It's not like they're leaving anytime soon so he can just learn whatever he missed whenever it's actually relevant. No big deal.

He's actually walking somewhere specific with a goal in mind when he spots Link's vaguely familiar head of hair.

"Hang on a sec." He ditches whoever he's walking with and trots over to where Link's.. admiring buildings? Honestly, Luke isn't quite sure.

"Hey Link wait up!" It's not like Link looks like he's moving anytime soon, but it establishes his intent nicely. So he goes for it.

"So uh, this might be kind of weird but I saw you were picking mushrooms and stuff up when we were leaving earlier so..." He reaches into his shirt that he's converted to a sort of giant pouch and fishes out a few mushrooms of his own before offering them to Link. "I saw them and picked them before I even realized I was doing it. So I want you to have them"

Is this weird? It's probably weird.

"Oh! And I saw this really neat rock just outside the Camp." This time he digs into a pocket. No, not the one with pastries in it. The other one. And pulls out a smooth, shiny black rock.

"I just thought it was neat?"

He's not sure if he's offering it to Link or just wants to show him. But if Link takes it, he certainly won't be bothered.
