Since there's nothing important in need of doing right now, Mikumo is unusually finding herself with some free time. And free time that she can't just spend underwater or stargazing or whatever else. Given the choice, if she was back home she'd potentially be spending it with her bandmates, but as it is she hasn't seen any of them here, so she's prepared for the idea that she's going to have to...make some new acquaintances.
Not something she's terribly experienced with outside of work. But with all of them in relatively the same position, she assumes she might run into people simply by exploring the camp, so she turns her attention to the main thing on her list of more frivolous priorities: finding out what kinds of songs a world like this has.
While nightclubs aren't her typical setting, it's not a bad way to familiarise herself with some degree of local music, and she doesn't look too out of place in shorts, a cropped shirt with voluminous puffed sleeves, and soft thigh boots. She's clearly much more interested in people-watching and listening to the music than actually interacting with anyone, but she doesn't spurn the approach of someone else, and a slight, almost amused smile touches her mouth at the offer.
"Only if you're prepared to recommend me something," she says, light and elegant amusement in her tone matching that expression. "I'd prefer something light on a night like this."
And every night, frankly. She's never had alcohol before since it was decidedly not part of her set diet before she found out she wasn't a regular human, but she's trying not to make that too obvious. And while she has no desire to experience being drunk, she's seen people drinking often enough to know that a single drink shouldn't be a problem.
