The Tether App

After the raging success of their previous code push, the creators of The Tether have decided to push their app again, an app intended for helping new arrivals find Tethers.

Unfortunately for those who don't want to participate, the prompt for the application will keep popping up on their screen until they fill out the mandatory fields and post their profile. If you don't want to participate, it might be best to fill in the blanks with prank answers!

Once posted, the app creates a profile that looks like this:

It is a simple swiping type app like many dating apps, swipe left to ignore a profile, swipe right to initiate an instant messenger conversation with the person in question on the app's proprietary chat program, complete with emojis!

Chibi Kami-sama is a Turkish van, if you're familiar with the breed. Sephy's mostly domestic shorthair. Zipper is a toy terrier.

How long have you had yours?

Five, four, and three years respectively. Give or take! They've been with me through a hell of a lot.

And are completely unaware of that, but that's what makes them great!

Iggy was there for me while I was setting up my company. It was a rough ride, but I'm glad I had him around for it.

[If you just replace "Iggy" with "Rick," her husband, that would have been a genuine statement! Considering that he could also turn into a cat, Codi figures that it's close enough - and more importantly, she hopes that this will invite Morgan to talk about the "hell of a lot" of things he's been through, too.]

Well, I can't say my guys did much to help me get Knight Comics off the ground, but they were adorable during that time span so they sure didn't hurt it either.

Sometimes being surrounded by a bunch of cute and friendly guys is all you can ask for.
Here's hoping some of yours show up in future! The Sylphid don't seem adverse to lifting them along with us, so I bet they're around.

I want to say something about how maybe we should also at least try a little to look for Tethering partners, but I'm concerned you'll view that as me backing down. I can't do that, you know.
